F-4E  69-0254 of 32nd T.F.S.  just departed from the flight-line of Leeuwarden A.B.  and is now  heading for the runway in stormy weather:  lots of

rain with gusts of wind.

instead of black as was the case with F-4E 74-0657 of the new series (after 1976).
